Annual Meeting & Local Spiritual Assembly Election

We will hold our Annual Meeting and Assembly Election on Friday 21 April @ 7:30 p.m.

The election of our Local Spiritual Assembly was designated by Baha’u’llah as a sacred task. It is one of the ways in which each individual believer can take part in the Covenant between God and humanity and demonstrate their love for the Cause of Baha’u’llah.

The call to election letters have gone out and, as you can see, there are several ways to vote—most easily and efficiently using the Online Balloting System (OBS) established by the National Spiritual Assembly. There will also be an annual report from the Assembly to highlight our activities and achievements of the last year.

Please, remember that Ridván is a Holy Day and Bahá’u’lláh asks us to take this special day off from work and school.

“When called upon to vote in a Bahá’í election, believers should be aware that they are carrying out a sacred task unique to this Dispensation. They should approach this duty in a  prayerful attitude, seeking divine guidance and confirmation.
