August 10 @ 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM

He was known for these causes in 1848.

He was one of the few and one of the most prominent men to attend and speak at the famous first Women’s Rights Convention in Seneca Falls, NY that year.

Everyone in the USA at that time knew his story — escaping from slavery and becoming internationally renowned “for his oratory and incisive antislavery writings“. https://www.nps.gov/frdo/learn/historyculture/frederickdouglass.htm

Only last month the wonderfully talented Mr Masud Olufani from Atlanta gave a great performance here about his life . . . and now there is a new book about him from Baha’i author and teacher extraordinaire Mr Sidney Morrison!
