Ayyám-i-Há Celebration!
February 23 @ 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Join the children from our Sunday family school in celebrating Ayyám-i-Há – the “days between”.
What is Ayyám-i-Há?
Ayyám-i-Há is a period of intercalary days in the Baháʼí calendar, when Baháʼís celebrate the Festival of Ayyám-i-Há or the Days of Há. The four or five days of this period are inserted between the last two months of the calendar.
Ayyam-i-Ha is a celebration of Unity: Most religions have a season of gift-giving and good cheer, and for Baha’is this is “Ayya´m-i-Ha´.” The festival of Ayyam-i-Ha comes at the end of February each year, preceding the month of fasting that ends with the Naw Ruz (new year) celebration on the vernal equinox.
Ayyam-i-Ha often involves celebrations, charity, and service to the community.
Our celebration will held February 23 from 10AM to 1PM at the Baha’i Center, and will feature performances by the children, followed by lunch!
